Triston Kyle - Owner
Triston is a Sport Management major at West Virginia University, with minors in Marketing and Public Relations. Alongside his studies, he proudly serves in the U.S. Army National Guard and is an active member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.
With hands-on experience working in guest services at the Indianapolis 500, he brings a unique blend of leadership, event management, and sports industry insight to Ignite. An avid sports fan, he is passionate about building connections between brands, athletes, and fans.
Jackson Connell - Owner
Jackson was born and raised as a Memphis, Tennessee native. He took an early interest in motorsports, growing up around family that watched racing. Anything with wheels and an engine captivated him. Jackson spent his time at Christian Brothers High School focusing on motorsport and marketing. In late 2023, he made the decision to move to Charlotte, North Carolina. His goal is to make a name for himself through a career in NASCAR.
Having come from a family of entrepreneurs, he is trained to think outside the box to solve problems for people, and that led to his interest in finding niches in the sports world. Alongside his journey to the top of American motorsport, Jackson is planning to reattend school spring of ‘26 to finish his degree in marketing and a minor in business.
